	Fix a couple of typos in section 4.2.4.2 of the Documentation
	Project Primer.

	A <title> tag is ended with </para>

	Also, just to be pedantic, although Nik is English the example
	text is from the US Constitution so "defence" should be "defense".

The tag fix was committed, thanks.  When the U.S. Constitution was written, 
the U.S. was still using British English.  See 
http://www.mv.com/users/sos/Constitution.html for the actual text of the 
Constitution, including the Preamble.
