This patch updates flightgear-atlas to the latest CVS version which now builds against new versions of simgear.

Please also mirror this file :

http://contribs.martymac.com/FreeBSD-ports/distfiles/Atlas-0.3.1.20090529.tar.gz

to http://freebsd.unixfreunde.de/sources/ (if possible) as it was done for previous versions.
