Drop some ports which are or seem to be abandoned upstream:

* misc/localedata
* multimedia/xfce4-media
* sysutils/xfce4-cpugraph-plugin

A partial patch to update sysutils/xfce4-cpugraph-plugin to 0.4.0 (adding FreeBSD support) is still available at ftp://rene-ladan.nl/pub/freebsd/xfce4-cpugraph-plugin.diff

This enables me to reserve some more time for the FreeBSD Dutch Documentation Project.
