running FreeBSD otaku 9.0-CURRENT FreeBSD 9.0-CURRENT #0 r198850: Tue Nov 3
13:00:55 CET 2009 root@otaku:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/ARUNDEL i386

shipped with

debug.acpi.acpi_ca_version: 20091013

this panic no longer occurs. S3 however still doesn't work. the computer shuts
down, but then instantly comes back up again. this however results in a state
where no video signal is being sent to the monitor and nothing seems to happen
(no hdd activity). after a hard reset the computer boots regularly (with all
fs being clean).

please ask if you need any more details about configs, sysctl values etc.
