Update lang/petite-chez from 7.4 to 7.4d.
The changelog is at http://www.scheme.com/csv7.4d/7.4d.html

I've added a mirror to the MASTER_SITES, since the upstream does not
seem to keep the tarballs from previous releases. The distfiles
are not yet on the mirror though; they will be in about 4 hours.
