	The version of bind shipped with FreeBSD 3.2-S,3.3-R,3.3-S is
outdated at version 8.1.2, given the problems bind has had with certain
spoofing attacks and other various things, it would seem wise to upgrade
to the newest version of bind which is 8.2.1 currently.

Fix: 

Upgrade src/contrib/bind to bind 8.2.1.
