This error is printed when you exceed kern.ipc.maxpipekva: Sep 15 14:35:14 royce kernel: kern.ipc.maxpipekva exceeded; see tuning(7) . . . but there is nothing in "man 7 tuning" to explain the problem/error/variable/setting. Fix: Man page needs to explain what the setting is. How-To-Repeat: n/a
