- Update to 0.9.7
- Take maintainership.
- Changed path of directory to variable %%DATADIR%% in the file pkg-plist

Removed file(s):
- files/patch-capture.c
- files/patch-resolv.c

Committed, thanks, with modifications: 

reverted %%DATADIR%% change in plist, it is incorrect -- setting DATADIR to 
another value than default would result in broken port 

corrected two bad lines in plist
