When visiting http://portsmon.freebsd.org/portdependencytree.py, the error message "Error: program name 'portdependencytree' failed due to the following unexpected error:
[Errno 9] Bad file descriptor" is presented, and the tools is unable to be used.

I'll look into it.

What seems to be happening is statistical. Sometimes database
connections fail. The code itself hasn't changed for quite some
time; this happened when the ports tree on that machine was upgraded.

I've updated the code to deal with some other issues and the dependency
tree page seems to be available. Are you still seeing this?
