        this is the first step in translation of freebsd documents in generals, hand book in particular, into thai
	this translation will make subsequence documents submitting easier.

	freebsd is one part of kai-tag project i have initiated in my works
	it plays important role in siting of radioactive waste disposal repository in my country using grass.

Sadly this PR did not get actioned until now. We have since switched from SGML to XML and the actual document has changed significantly since submission.
