Various fixes to handbook/kernelconfig/chapter.sgml:

* Removed obsolete BOUNCE_BUFFERS reference
* Added eisa0 reference to basic controllers
* Changed wcd0 references to acd0
* Added ch0 and pass0 devices to SCSI device support
* Changed obsolete lpt0 reference to ppbus/ppc/lpt
* Added pcm to sound devices that do not require snd0
