Switched machine from hub to a switch, tried to enable full duplex, would
not work correctly, even if I forced the card to 10mps full-duplex.
Tried this on 3 cards. (New) Kingston 10/200 21143 dec chip, and two smc cards
with 21140 dec chip.

How-To-Repeat: Just install dec chipset card with de0 DEC/Intel DC21x4x (``Tulip'')

It does not work at 100Mps Full-Duplex right either.

  This problem (at least on 3.3-RELEASE) only happens with the newer
21143-based parts (DE500-BA) and not on the 21140 parts (DE500-XA and
-AA).

State Changed
From-To: open->closed

Since this happens only with the '43 cards, this can be closed because
the new dc driver handles these cards properly. I'm typing this over
a connection to freefall that goes through at least three of them.
