Russian translation of doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/articles/gjournal-desktop/ is
available outside of the FDP. Could anyone add it into the Documentation
Project?

Fix: 

Fetch http://chaos.ukrhub.net/gjournal-desktop/doc.ru.articles.gjournal-desktop.tbz ,
unpack, drop to the proper directory and patch the doc/ru/articles/Makefile
with Makefile.diff.
How-To-Repeat: Just check the docs repository.
