add this hint.acpi.0.disabled="1" to /boot/device.hints but it makes status on CMC to be blinking anybody can solve this problem? Is still an issue? Can you provide screen captures from a verbose boot? Will you be able to try CURRENT snapshot and break into DDB? -- Andriy Gapon State Changed From-To: open->feedback Note that submitter has been asked for feedback. State Changed From-To: feedback->closed Feedback timeout. hello, I have some m600 available to help on this, should I boot freebsd 9 and take a screenshot or is this already solved? ----- Forwarded message from Mark Linimon <linimon@lonesome.com> ----- Date: Tue, 19 Jun 2012 17:47:14 -0500 From: Mark Linimon <linimon@lonesome.com> To: Enrico Lorenzoni <reiser4@gmail.com> Cc: freebsd-amd64@FreeBSD.org Subject: Re: amd64/140715: [boot] Dell M600 Blade fails to boot 7.2 64 bit IMHO it would be nice to confirm whether the problem is solved in (e.g.) 9.0. mcl ----- End forwarded message ----- ----- Forwarded message from Steven Hartland <killing@multiplay.co.uk> ----- Date: Wed, 20 Jun 2012 13:47:31 +0100 From: Steven Hartland <killing@multiplay.co.uk> To: Mark Linimon <linimon@lonesome.com>, Enrico Lorenzoni <reiser4@gmail.com> Cc: freebsd-amd64@FreeBSD.org Subject: Re: amd64/140715: [boot] Dell M600 Blade fails to boot 7.2 64 bit It wasn't last time I checked :( ================================================ This e.mail is private and confidential between Multiplay (UK) Ltd. and the person or entity to whom it is addressed.
