A possibly extraneous .orig file is installed, but it seems innocuous
enough to just include in pkg-plist and avoid breaking mtree.  Another
alternative is to prevent the file from being installed, but I defer
to a committer or more familiar user of the port to opine on that.

By az@'s suggestion on IRC, I have attached a new patch that takes the 
second approach discussed in my PR description.  Instead of tweaking the 
pkg-plist, we prevent the extraneous .orig file from being installed in 
the first place.  I have pinged the author so the problem can eventually 
be fixed upstream.
