Installing DejaVu font does not require libX11. It requires fontconfig.

Fix: Apply the attached patch. If sets BUILD_DEPENDS and RUN_DEPENDS just like done for other TTF packages.

Patch attached with submission follows:
How-To-Repeat: cd /usr/ports/x11-fonts/dejavu
make install :-)
