	Both ports install the file
	PREFIX/include/projects.h. Probably both port should have
	CONFLICTS=... in their Makefiles set.

If it contains a patch for an upgrade, an enhancement or a bug fix

graphics/proj and misc/proj4 are duplicated ports for Proj.4 library.
graphicss/proj is taken from the upstream, currently version 4.7.0,
but misc/proj4 is from GNUstep Position bundle, and stays version 4.3.

I suggest dropping misc/proj4 port.

If astro/position, which is the only port that depends on misc/proj4,
requires that version, it would be better to use within the port.

misc/proj4 is more then just the library. 
It is an Aapplication using it. 

I marked CONFLICTS. 
In the log run I will try to make the application 
use the new version of the lib instead of the included lib.
