http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/articles/dialup-firewall/article.html

Dialup firewalling with FreeBSD article out dated because it's talking about IPFW2 which is the complete rewrite of IPFW and which now has become the version of IPFW released in the base system. Also it talks about pppd which has been droped from the system all together.

Remove section 2. Kernel Options. IPFW is part of the base system release and no longer needs to be compiled into the kernel.

Remove the [6.2. There must be something wrong. I followed your instructions to the letter and now I am locked out.] question. pppd has been removed from the base system as obsolete.

Does this still exist as a distinct non-legacy article?
