run /stand/sysinstall-->configure->networking->interface->ed0,
when no ether NIC brought up(eg.irq conflict),raise a "Core dumped" expception,then /stand/sysinstall exit.

How-To-Repeat: edit the /boot/kernel.conf ,modified the line irq ed0 xxx,change xxx to a  non existent irq number,then reboot,run /stand/sysinstall as the description.

Smells the same as PR#14706, which has been fixed in -CURRENT.
