twinkle picks up KDE3 when it's installed, thus creating a hidden dependency (althrought plist luckily doesn't get broken).

Here's build log with forced kde dependency:

Fix: 

There should be an option (likely disabled by default due to weighty depends). When the option is disabled --without-kde should be appended to CONFIGURE_ARGS
