As with ports/15212, the c12 distfile is no longer available.

In addition, rather than creating a separate port, I'd suggest
working with the maintainer to merge this functionality into the
bitchx port itself, using hooks like USE_GNOME for the extras
(take a look at irc/xchat for an example).
