When the system comes up to the "GUI" install program, the kernel immediately panics.  Fatal trap 12 - page fault while in kernel mode.

Fix: 

Pull the AMD processor out and replaced with Genuine Intel.
How-To-Repeat: Use a VIA motherboard with an AMD K6-200 processor.
