Responsible Changed From-To: freebsd-www->jkois Take this one. Hm, I just checked your website. And I was unable to find any information about your usage of FreeBSD/BSD there. So before we can process this any further we would need some more information on what kind of FreeBSD support/consulting your are offering to your customers. Hi Johann Thanks for the reply. FreeBSD being our server platform of choice, we offer a wide range of services. We aim our services at SME businesses and have supplied both custom built and branded servers utilising FreeBSD. I have detailed a brief summary below. We currently host numerous FreeBSD servers, offering ISP based solutions to our clients including web hosting (FreeBSD/Apache/PHP/MySQL); DNS servers (FreeBSD/djbdns); mail servers (FreeBSD/Postfix/Amavisd/SpamAssassin) and remote backup (FreeBSD/rsync). We have also deployed many servers to our clients for web/mail hosting solutions, gateway security solutions using FreeBSD + PF + Squid + Dansguardian (especially in school environments). Obviously we have to support our clients with the systems we have supplied. We are also open to providing commercial support for any *BSD based systems, and Solaris. We also provide support for any Linux based distributions. Sorry the complete information is not yet on our website, we still have to get a comprehensive guide to our services and solutions listed which is high on our list of priorities (when we get the chance :P). Our engineers have been specialising in servers using FreeBSD technology since early 2002. We also ended up using NetBSD and OpenBSD solutions at the time due to problems with the FreeBSD USB stack and alcatel modems which I believe was resolved in 4.3 and we have been using FreeBSD since. We use FreeBSD heavily in commercial environments, combined with Nagios we find it gives us the absolute edge over our competitors. Any solutions we utilise in house are also offered to our clients. If you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact me.
