Updated the sysutils/nut port to v.2.4.3
Also updated the maintainer to myself following email conversation with current maintainer (Tetcu Ion-Mihai).

Have also included some updates to the Belkin driver not yet in v.2.4.3

Since issuing the PR to take ownership, NUT 2.6.1 has been released, 
I've now updated the port to 2.6.1 (which has been running on my own 
server without issue since it was released.
