When I add WITH_MYSQLND in /etc/make.conf or add it with make config, compilation doesn't work.

I was having the issue with php-5.3.4 and mysql-5.5.8.

Here it's php-5.3.5 and mysql-5.1.54

How-To-Repeat: Install mysql-5.1.54
Install php-5.3.5
Add WITH_MYSQLND=YES in /etc/make.conf
Install php-pdo_mysql-5.3.5

No log attached. In any case, try to remove php5-*mysql* extensions and rebuild them.
