Please include the patch version of
http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/libtool.git/commit/?id=2680f79c22

until the time that libtool can be updated to version 2.4.

It fixes gazillions of warnings emitted by each and every autoconf'ed
package using libtool. See the thread around

libtool-2.4 will be worked on after 7.4 and 8.2 are out the door and 
the ports tree is unfrozen.  There's no sense in doing a patch to 
libtool-2.2 and then implementing 2.4, both of which will most likely 
require a bunch of stuff to be rebuilt.
