|Summary:||[patch] `buildworld' does not honors WITHOUT_JAIL|
|Product:||Base System||Reporter:||Arnaud <lacombar>|
|Component:||misc||Assignee:||freebsd-jail mailing list <jail>|
|Severity:||Affects Only Me|
Description Arnaud 2011-03-21 23:00:01 UTC
When building world with WITHOUT_JAIL defined in make.conf, libjail remains built. This is due to a hard dependency in ifconfig(8) toward libjail. Fix: see attached patch, only build tested so far. Patch attached with submission follows: How-To-Repeat: # make -DWITHOUT_JAIL buildworld

Responsible Changed From-To: freebsd-bugs->freebsd-jail Not sure -jail is the right assignee, but perhaps someone on that list can comment?

batch change: For bugs that match the following - Status Is In progress AND - Untouched since 2018-01-01. AND - Affects Base System OR Documentation DO: Reset to open status. Note: I did a quick pass but if you are getting this email it might be worthwhile to double check to see if this bug ought to be closed.
