I'm offering to take over maintainership and/or hosting of any UK-specific freebsd sites.

I'm not sure who the current UK maintainer might be. Joe Karthauser?

Anyway, ukug.uk.freebsd.org doesn't point to a working server,
so at the very least it should point to a place holder and/or
the mailing list here.
