A freebsd user with an identical issue pointed me at http://download.intel.com/embedded/processors/prodbrief/323288.pdf which lists various atom processors and their "C-states supported". Turns out D525 has no C-state power management, so what we encountered was not a bug, but an intentional (but not advertised) hardware 'feature'. State Changed From-To: open->closed Per the submitter this is not a FreeBSD problem. |
