Responsible Changed From-To: freebsd-ports-bugs->crees I'll take it. Hi Joe, I see the change is trivial, just a distinfo change. However, 1) please complain to the upstream author about silently changing the distfile-- it causes the test builds to break and Pav to waste his time emailing the last committer to touch it-- if he has corrected typos, the correct thing to do would be to make a new tarball and call it qjail-1.1.1 or something. I've bumped PORTREVISION so the packages built have the corrected manpages. 2) thank you very much for providing a diff when I asked last time, but what I actually meant was a diff between the old and new _port directory_ -- it not only makes it much easier for us to see what's changed but also means that the files stored in GNATS are smaller -- we don't need a whole shar just for two lines changed. Instructions are in the Porter's Handbook [1] -- cvs diffs can make it much easier for you. Thanks again for your work on the Ports Tree, Chris [1] http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en/books/porters-handbook/port-upgrading.html -- This message has been scanned for viruses and dangerous content by MailScanner, and is believed to be clean. crees 2011-09-11 11:58:32 UTC FreeBSD ports repository Modified files: sysutils/qjail Makefile distinfo Log: Author silently changed distfile to correct manpage typos, chase distinfo.
