The databases/gdbm port has been updated and the shared library version
changed. The gdbm modul for ruby, which is in databases/ruby-gdbm shares
the PORTREVISION number with ruby ports, so it cannot be bumped
individually. I propose bumping the ruby revisions to maintain consistency.
