	Now that stable/9 has been branched, we also have a new
	mailing list for commits specifically to that branch:
	svn-src-stable-9, just as we have had one for svn-src-stable-8.

	And since svn-src-stable-8 is mentioned in the Handbook,
	svn-src-stable-9 should be, as well -- ideally, prior to
	the release of 9.0.
