Description Torsten 2011-10-01 19:00:20 UTC
After installation of FREEBSD 8.2 and rebooting, I get the error message
"can't find kernel". This is happening in all scenarois:
- Installing from CD (release 03/2011)
- Installing from DVD (release 02/2011)
- full standard installation or custome installation
- minimal configuration or installing everything.
- with autoseting and also with manual setting of slice and pations.

What is the cause, whow can I get it installed?

How-To-Repeat: Installing the CD or DVD on an DELL 8200 PC with Pentium core i7 processor.
