net-im/pidgin & net-im/libpurple fails to configure when GStreamer is disabled in make config due to dependency by VV (video and voice support).

Fix: 

Automatically disable vv if gstreamer is disabled.
How-To-Repeat: Compile net-im/pidgin or net-im/libpurple with vv enabled and gstreamer disabled.
