I performed a complete upgrade from 8.2 to 9.0 including deleting all packages before reinstalling them.

I needed add a printer and there was not printer management menus any so I installed cups.  This added a menu "Manage Printing" under system tools.  There is not icon associated with this menu item and I received the error shown in the captured screen shot that is attached.  The error was could not launch, failed to execute child process htmlview no such file or directory.

The attached file is a .png file.  It was necessary to change the mime suffix to .txt to email it.
