Randomly I get a kernel panic ufs_makeinode after binary upgrading from 8.2-RELEASE.

Upgrade was done with freebsd-update.

The kernel panics have stopped but the filesystem is still error-prone.

** /dev/da0s1d (NO WRITE)
** Last Mounted on /usr
** Phase 1 - Check Blocks and Sizes
INCORRECT BLOCK COUNT I=2075841 (4 should be 0)
