I have igb0 and igb1 connected to switch to port, for example, 3 and 4,
each port have vlan5, and vlan6 configured,



vlan5,vlan6>>---SW----<<vlan5,vlan6
.............../\
..............|..|
...........igb0..igb1
igb have no any ip addressed configured
through switch goes traffic about 100-200Mbit/s

after about of two hour of work server halt. it has no any react to
keyboard and network, no error messages on monitor. Only hard turn
OFF/ON helps to wakeup server.

This is a common configuration for my workplace using igb(4) on stable/10.  We don't see this issue.  Is this testable for you?

If this is still testable in your environment, please test 10.2 and see if it still fails, then reopen this ticket.
