Next, if it's under warranty, get it to your vendor ASAP; otherwise, replace it ASAP. Ciao, Sheldon. Is there any news to report from the hardware front? Like Sheldon already mentioned this does not appear to be a FreeBSD problem but rather a dying disk. If it was indeed hardware then I'd like to close the bug report.
