- Respect WITHOUT_ICONV Without this patch, LIBXML_ICONV_ENABLED will be defined by ${LOCALBASE}/include/libxml2/libxml/xmlversion.h. While building some ports (e.g. textproc/p5-XML-LibXML) which include <libxml/encoding.h>, it leads to a compile error of missing header <iconv.h>. Port maintainer (gnome@FreeBSD.org) is cc'd.
