graphics/imlib and x11/gnomelibs were updated a few days ago to
use libungif instead of giflib.

Make sure that you have rev 1.60 of graphics/imlib/Makefile
- if not, bring your ports tree up to date and rebuild graphics/imlib,
which will bring in libungif.

After a number of emails back and forth, we determined that
it was a local problem with imlib and the recent changes
from giflib to libungif.
