	The parts in the handbook configuration chapter (chapter 12) about configuring syslogd and newsyslog are very short and barely contain any information.

Fix: Attached patch adds a new part that discusses how to configure syslogd and newsyslogd in more in-depth detail. It is a complete rewrite and removes the old part about the same subject.
