State Changed From-To: open->suspended Marking this PR as suspended: - The www -> lists issue is no longer present as lists.freebsd.org now works again. - Many people have said that we do not change release notes after a release, and a lot of the release note changes in the patch refer to unsupported releases of FreeBSD.
