	The following man pages from src/bind/doc/man are not installed:
	getaddrinfo.3
	getipnodebyname.3
	getnameinfo.3
	hesiod.3
	inet_cidr.3
	irs.conf.5

	And I am not sure if the should be install and to what they should
	be attached.  PR's have been submitted for named-bootconf.8,
	named.conf.5 and nsupdate.8 with pataches.
