Committed, with minor changes. Did not change the DISTNAME to 
freetds-stable as the upstream distinfo needs to be versioned. If they 
upload a new freetds-stable.tar.gz, the port would break. By sticking to 
the versioned 0.91 file, there is a better chance it will not be 
rerolled. Thanks!
