We have 18 servers with near hw config. Before few months we installed FreeBSD 9.1-Beta and we have no troubles with it. After update do FreeBSD 9.1 RC2, each night we have nearly the half servers restarted in random order no logical order of restarts. 

Servers config:
CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU           E5620  @ 2.40GHz (2400.13-MHz K8-class CPU)
real memory  = 34363932672 (32772 MB)
MB: Supermicro X8DTH

Core & Kernel Confing, messages , dmesg.boot files can be downloaded on request. Please supply us ip for downloading.

I can't reproduce this here. Does this still occur?

Sorry this was never resolved.  FreeBSD 9 hasn't been supported for a while now.
