torrents.freebsd.org seems to be down. 
I can not reach the website nor the tracker. My torrents are not being uploaded.

The web page at

	http://torrents.freebsd.org/


says "torrents.FreeBSD.org is offline. It will probably will not be 
back."  If this service (the tracker on port 8080/tcp) is being 
decommissioned, reference to it should be removed from

	http://www.freebsd.org/where.html


which currently lists the torrent tracker as a place from which FreeBSD 
may be obtained.
