After having to tweak the net.inet6 sysctls for TAHI, I figured it would be best to better document the sysctls for others who needed to use them at a later date. The attached patch is the resulting change, reviewed by brde@ on the freebsd-net@ list here: http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-net/2012-November/033971.html .

Some of the other changes contained in the patch dealing with formatting, "v6" suffixing instead of "6", etc are based on feedback received from brde@.
