	sigwait is supported and I'm using it in code, but there is
        no man page.

How-To-Repeat: 
	"/usr/bin/man sigwait"

jasone added sigwait.3 to HEAD on 2000/05/02. 
What to do with it for RELENG_3 is his decision.

There is a sigwait man page in RELENG_4 now.  I don't run RELENG_3, so will 
not be MFCing that far back.
