The ada(4) man page "SEE ALSO" section has a reference to man page ad(4) which does not exist.

How-To-Repeat: 1) Go to http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=ada&apropos=0&sektion=4&manpath=FreeBSD+9-current&arch=default&format=html
2) Scroll down to the "SEE ALSO" section
3) Click on ad(4)
4) Arrive at apology page
