openssh port instructs user to follow instructions in chapter 6.5 of
handbook to obtain and install the FreeBSD OpenSSL distribution. This
should reference chapter 8.5

Kris, is it ok if I change the chapter number in said reference 
to the name of the chapter?  Otherwise it will keep getting 
out of sync....
